Agency Services (Retainers & Ad Hoc Projects)

• Deposits: Deposits for services are non-refundable.

• Retainers & Projects: This will be covered in your individual services agreement with Brandshake, signed when you engage our services.

Digital Products & Courses

• Instant Downloads and Course Access: Due to the nature of digital products and courses, all sales are final.
